It is not a store. You cannot buy materials, reserve a crew, or pay a deposit here.
Prices are not published on this site because flooring work depends on the space, the current floor, and the finish you want. Ryan gives an estimate after hearing about the job, usually with photos or a visit.
Nothing on this site is a binding quote, a contract, or a promise of a price. Work begins only after you and Ryan agree on a written estimate.
The form on this site does not send a message from our servers. It builds a text from what you type and opens your own texting app with the message ready.
Your project details reach Ryan only when you press send in your texting app, or when you call (619) 288-9090 yourself. Submitting the form does not book a job.
Hilltop serves homeowners across San Diego County, and every project is personally handled by Ryan. Start dates depend on his schedule at the time you reach out.
Once a project is agreed, dates, access, and prep work are confirmed directly with you before any tools come out.
The writing, layout, and photographs on this site belong to Hilltop Hardwood Flooring. The photos show completed Hilltop projects.
